THE CRYPTO MARKET IS ENTERING A CRITICAL PHASE: CAPITAL ROTATION, LIQUIDITY PRESSURE & THE NEXT BIG
THE CRYPTO MARKET IS ENTERING A CRITICAL PHASE: CAPITAL ROTATION, LIQUIDITY PRESSURE & THE NEXT BIG OPPORTUNITY The cryptocurrency market is sending a message that many traders are still ignoring: high trading volume does not automatically mean bullish momentum, and a falling market does not mean every asset is a good short. The real opportunity lies in understanding where capital is moving, which assets are attracting buyers, and where selling pressure is becoming dominant. The latest market environment is particularly interesting. Bitcoin is struggling around the $75,000–$76,000 region, while Ethereum and several major altcoins are experiencing heavier declines. The broader market has also faced a significant contraction, with more than $120 billion in market capitalization reportedly erased during the November 5 selloff. This is not simply a price correction. It is a test of market confidence, liquidity, leverage, and investor positioning. 1. THE BIG PICTURE: WHAT IS HAPPENING? Bitcoin remains the market's primary liquidity anchor. When BTC loses important support, traders generally become more cautious, reduce exposure, and move toward stablecoins or defensive positions. The latest market snapshot shows BTC around $75,524, ETH around $2,224, BNB near $689, XRP around $1.20, and SOL near $89.55. The broader market is under pressure, with Bitcoin dominance around 59%. One important detail is that the recent political developments in the United States have added another layer of uncertainty. However, traders should not automatically attribute every market movement to the midterm elections. Interest-rate expectations, institutional flows, leverage, macroeconomic data, and profit-taking can all influence crypto prices. The important question is not whether the market is bullish or bearish today. It is whether buyers are prepared to defend important price levels. 2. THE TOP 10 MAJOR CRYPTOCURRENCIES TO WATCH These are the leading assets by market capitalization in the latest available market snapshot: 1. $BTC – Bitcoin: The primary market leader. Its ability to reclaim important resistance will influence confidence across the entire crypto market. 2. $ETH – Ethereum: The backbone of a large smart-contract ecosystem. Its relative weakness against BTC deserves attention because ETH often reflects broader altcoin risk appetite. 3. $USDT – Tether: The leading stablecoin and a major source of trading liquidity. Increasing stablecoin balances can indicate that investors are waiting for better opportunities. 4. $BNB – BNB: An important exchange and blockchain ecosystem asset. Its relative performance can offer insight into demand beyond BTC and ETH. 5. $XRP – XRP: A major payments-focused cryptocurrency. Traders should monitor whether it can recover alongside the broader market or continues underperforming. 6. $USDC – USD Coin: Another major stablecoin. Its role in trading, payments, and decentralized finance makes it an important liquidity indicator. 7. $SOL – Solana: A major smart-contract ecosystem with active trading and application activity. Its recovery will be important for broader altcoin sentiment. 8. $TRX – TRON: An established blockchain ecosystem with significant stablecoin transfer activity. 9. $ZEC – Zcash: A privacy-focused cryptocurrency attracting attention through its independent price movements and market activity. 10. $XMR – Monero: Another established privacy-focused asset. Its performance can differ from broader market movements. These assets represent different parts of the cryptocurrency economy. Some are investment assets, some are infrastructure tokens, and others are stablecoins. They should not all be evaluated using the same trading strategy. 3. WHERE IS THE LIQUIDITY MOVING? ANALYSIS OF THE WATCHLIST Looking at the trading-volume rankings, several assets deserve attention. $SUI and $XRP are among the leading assets by trading activity in the supplied exchange snapshot. $SUI recorded approximately $21.77 million in 24-hour volume, while $XRP recorded $19.97 million. However, both showed negative daily price movements. This highlights an important distinction: high volume during a decline can represent aggressive selling, not necessarily accumulation. $HYPE and $ENA also deserve monitoring. Both have meaningful trading participation, but their next direction depends on whether buyers can defend support and reclaim short-term resistance. On the stronger side, $RT1, $DGAI, $NEAR, and $UPC displayed positive price performance in the supplied snapshot. $RT1 gained approximately 1.67%, $DGAI 0.10%, $NEAR 0.71%, and $UPC 3.89%. These assets demonstrate relative strength, but relative strength is not proof of a confirmed breakout. Traders should watch for higher highs, successful retests, and increasing buying volume. Other assets, including $BGB, $DOGE, $JCT, $LINK, $ONDO, $PUMP, $PEPE, $ADA, $MAGMA, $UNI, and $GWEI, showed negative daily movements in the screenshots. For these coins, the main question is whether selling pressure continues or whether buyers begin absorbing supply. A breakdown below support can create a short opportunity, while a strong reclaim can invalidate the bearish idea. $TRUMP showed slight positive performance. It remains a sentiment-sensitive asset, meaning sudden changes in market attention can produce sharp movements. $XAUT deserves separate consideration because it is a gold-backed token rather than a conventional altcoin. Its price behavior is linked to gold and token-specific market conditions. Finally, $USDT and $USDGO should be treated differently from directional cryptocurrencies because their purpose is to maintain a stable value. 4. THE REAL OPPORTUNITY: LONG OR SHORT? The current environment requires selectivity rather than aggressive trading. For potential bullish setups, I would monitor $RT1, $UPC, $NEAR, $DGAI, $SUI, and $HYPE. These assets offer different combinations of positive momentum, trading participation, and potential recovery opportunities. For potential bearish setups, $WLD, $JCT, $XRP, $ADA, $ONDO, $PEPE, and $PUMP deserve attention because of their negative price movements in the supplied snapshot. But there is a critical difference between watching an asset and entering a trade. A LONG position becomes more attractive when price reclaims resistance, establishes higher lows, and confirms buying pressure. A SHORT position becomes more attractive when support breaks, a recovery attempt fails, and sellers remain in control. Entering simply because a coin is green or red is not analysis. It is guessing. 5. WHAT SHOULD TRADERS WATCH NEXT? There are five important things to monitor: - Bitcoin support: A sustained recovery above important resistance could improve market sentiment. Further weakness could increase pressure on altcoins. - Ethereum strength: ETH needs to demonstrate stronger performance to support confidence in the broader altcoin market. - Stablecoin liquidity: Watch whether capital is returning to risk assets or remaining defensive. - Volume confirmation: Rising volume during a breakout is more meaningful than a price increase without participation. - Market breadth: If only a few coins rise while most assets continue falling, the recovery may be narrow and fragile. The biggest mistake right now would be treating every small recovery as the beginning of a new bull run. Equally, assuming every decline will continue is dangerous. FINAL THOUGHT The next major opportunity will not necessarily come from buying the coin that has already gained the most or shorting the coin that has fallen the hardest. It will come from identifying the moment when market positioning changes. Watch $BTC for direction, $ETH for altcoin confidence, $BNB and $SOL for ecosystem strength, and $XRP for large-cap market participation. Meanwhile, keep $SUI, $HYPE, $NEAR, $LINK, $WLD, $ENA, and the other actively traded assets on your radar. Capital is selective. Liquidity is selective. Traders must become selective too. The market rewards patience, risk control, and the ability to recognize a confirmed move before the crowd starts chasing it. $BTC $AKE $BIRB

$GRVT SKY traded near $0.0675 on November 5, 2026, but the SKY token price outlook still hinges on clearing resistance at $0.070–$0.072. Trader Crypto With Gopal identified a conditional recovery target of $0.085, while Sky Frontier Foundation’s Q3 results showed higher net revenue despite falling gross revenue. Key takeaways Gopal’s $0.085 target requires SKY to break above resistance. Q3 net revenue increased 11.8% as expenses fell 16%. Sky Reserves ended the quarter at $85.08 million. Osero’s proposed Base vault targets governance action on November 19. SKY token price outlook: resistance comes first SKY must move above $0.070–$0.072 to activate Gopal’s bullish scenario. His November 5 analysis identified a falling wedge on the four-hour chart, with price still inside the narrowing formation after a prolonged correction. The chart showed converging lower highs and lower lows beneath the October peak. Gopal interpreted that narrowing range as a possible sign of weakening selling pressure, but the upper boundary had not been cleared. From the $0.0675 reference price, reaching the resistance zone would require a gain of roughly 3.7% to 6.7%. The $0.085 target represents approximately 25.9% upside, while support near $0.063 sits 6.7% below that reference. The SKY token price outlook rests on that technical breakout condition. Gopal’s target is a chart-based projection, not a valuation derived from protocol earnings. Lower expenses lift Sky Frontier’s Q3 net revenue Sky Frontier Foundation reported $37.19 million in Q3 net revenue, an 11.8% quarter-over-quarter increase driven by lower expenses. Gross protocol revenue declined 7.4% to $99.29 million, while expenses fell 16% to $62.10 million. That cost reduction lifted the net revenue margin from 31% to 37.5%. Q3 marked the protocol’s sixth consecutive quarter of positive net revenue. Savings payouts contributed substantially to the improvement, declining by $11.97 million to $41.94 million as the sUSDS balance fell from $5.52 billion to $4.52 billion. Because the cut in payouts was larger than the $8.06 million drop in revenue, net revenue actually rose by $3.91 million. The Foundation allocated $28.47 million to Sky Reserves. The quarter-end balance reached $85.08 million, approximately 56.7% of the $150 million target, with $64.92 million still required. Buybacks, staking rewards and Galaxy’s allocation Q3 allocations to SKY token buybacks and USDS staking rewards totaled $8.72 million. Purchases accounted for $5.60 million, with another $3.12 million distributed as USDS rewards to stakers. The Foundation said Stage 2 of its buyback framework used net revenue to fund token purchases, staking rewards and permanent burns. The first burn removed 2.86 million SKY on September 13. Also noted in the quarterly report was Galaxy’s decision to allocate $100 million to sUSDS treasury holdings, along with the green light to use these funds as collateral within its institutional lending operations, while the Foundation’s partnership announcement described Galaxy as a company listed on Nasdaq and based in New York. Osero proposes a Base liquidity vault Osero’s governance proposal would connect its Ethereum and Base liquidity systems using Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol and introduce a Gauntlet-curated USDC vault on Base. It targets the November 19 governance spell, subject to Sky Core actions and execution on both chains. Under the proposed vault, deposits are capped at 15 million USDC, with that limit refilling by 10 million USDC each day. Its rate-limit configuration allows unlimited withdrawals. A distinct cap of 10 million USDC would govern cross-chain transfers, with this threshold being restored at a rate of 50 million USDC daily in either direction. Those parameters are distinct from the vault’s deposit limits. According to the proposal, no tokens would be moved by the governance spell itself, and once configuration checks are complete, engineers intend to run a test transfer of 1,000 USDS from the Base vault back to Ethereum and return. $GRVT Stripe’s stablecoin payouts let eligible U.S. businesses send USDC and OUSD to crypto wallets in more than 160 recipient markets, a capability the company described on October 16, 2026. The service remains in public preview, excludes New York-based companies and charges a percentage-based fee that makes transfer size important when comparing it with Stripe’s listed wire fee. Key takeaways New York businesses cannot join the public preview. USDC payouts support nine networks; OUSD supports four. The payout charge is $0.50 plus 0.5% per transfer. Transfers draw from USD or USDC balances and typically arrive within minutes. Who can use Stripe’s stablecoin payouts? Eligible businesses based in the United States can send either supported stablecoin directly to recipients’ external wallets. Stripe’s documentation separates the sender’s eligibility from the supported recipient markets. New York-based companies are excluded from the public preview. Stripe directs those businesses to register for notification when access becomes available. The October 16 announcement, written by Neetika Bansal, Stripe’s business lead for Money as a Service, described stablecoin payments to 160 markets and traditional-currency payouts to more than 100 markets through the Dashboard. Stripe also described hosted forms and APIs for fintech companies embedding payouts in their products. Its named uses include loan disbursements, remittances, investment withdrawals and neobank cash-outs. Supported networks and how wallet payouts work Stripe supports USDC payouts across nine blockchain networks and OUSD payouts across four. Businesses fund payments using a USD or USDC balance in their Stripe financial account, and recipients receive the selected stablecoin. USDC’s supported networks include Ethereum, Solana, Stellar and Tempo, alongside Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain, Base, Optimism and Polygon. OUSD is supported on Tempo, Solana, Ethereum and Base. Stripe instructs senders to confirm that the destination wallet supports both the chosen token and network. In the Dashboard, the sender adds the recipient and wallet, chooses the crypto payout method, enters the amount, reviews the details and submits the payment. Recipient information must include an email address, name and address. For a business recipient, the name must be the company name. Stripe’s documentation says payments typically reach recipients within minutes. How Stripe’s stablecoin payout fees compare with wires Stripe’s published stablecoin payout charge is $0.50 plus 0.5% of the amount transferred, compared with its listed $25 SWIFT wire fee. The two advertised payout charges match at $4,900. Below that threshold, the stablecoin payout charge is lower. Above it, the percentage component pushes the charge beyond $25. A $1,000 stablecoin transfer carries a $5.50 payout fee, while a $10,000 transfer carries a $50.50 fee. These comparisons reflect only the advertised payout rates, excluding any applicable conversion or platform costs. According to Stripe, currency conversion begins at 0.5%, and a separate platform fee of 0.05% applies to monthly payout totals above a $1 million threshold across payment methods. Global Payouts joins Treasury and Issuing Stripe places Global Payouts alongside Treasury and Issuing in a shared financial-services offering. The company says these products can share customer-verification information and work with Open Standard’s OUSD stablecoin and the Tempo blockchain. A separate service, Stripe Pay, introduced free instant business transfers in October, using business-profile handles to identify recipients. Both sender and recipient need qualifying financial accounts. Stripe’s October 16 announcement also described stablecoin card issuing across 27 European Union countries, bringing its reach to more than 65 countries worldwide. The cards can use balances in custodial wallets, noncustodial wallets or Stripe financial accounts, with conversion into local currency at purchase. Stripe said it planned to expand stablecoin card issuing to 100 countries by the end of 2026. Article produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by the editorial team.

$GRVT Circle’s USDC minting accelerated on November 2, 2026, when four transactions created 1 billion USDC in about 10 minutes. Each mint contained 250 million tokens—the same size as the five October issuances on Solana—while USDC maintained its $1 peg. The distinction for market liquidity is that newly minted tokens do not necessarily enter circulation immediately. Key takeaways Circle recorded five 250 million USDC mints on Solana in October 2026. November 2 brought four equally sized mints within roughly 10 minutes. USDC held its dollar peg through the issuance activity. Treasury-held tokens do not immediately add to circulating liquidity. Circle’s USDC minting followed a consistent October pattern Circle created 250 million USDC in each of five October transactions, all on Solana through the official USDC Treasury contract. The repeated amounts established a consistent issuance pattern before November’s faster batch. The first four mints occurred on October 2, October 6, October 16 and October 23, 2026. Findings placed the fifth between October 27 and October 28, 2026. Whale Alert flagged that late-October transaction, and Solscan confirmed that it originated from the official treasury contract. All five October transactions used the verified contract, with the recorded activity confined to Solana. November’s faster issuance left the dollar peg intact On November 2, Circle completed four separate 250 million USDC mints within about 10 minutes, producing a combined 1 billion USDC. The transaction size stayed unchanged; the pace increased sharply from October’s spread-out schedule. USDC maintained its $1 peg throughout the minting activity. No market disruptions were reported during the October issuances. The accompanying research interpreted that price stability as a sign of confidence in Circle’s reserve backing. That interpretation rests on the peg’s performance during issuance, rather than on the minting amounts alone. Minting and circulating liquidity are different measures Circle’s USDC minting does not automatically increase the tokens available to the market. Newly created USDC can stay in treasury reserves until needed, so issuance and circulation are separate steps. The research describes October’s identical transaction sizes as consistent with routine liquidity management. It also connects dollar-token availability with Solana’s decentralized finance ecosystem, where lending protocols, exchanges and trading pools use dollar-pegged tokens. The November batch received a more tentative interpretation: the concentrated issuance could represent supply prepared for anticipated demand. That is a reading of the transaction pattern, not confirmation that the tokens had already reached users. Circulation and issuance cadence remain distinct signals Tracking treasury outflows establishes when minted tokens become circulating market liquidity. The issuance schedule provides a separate measure of how Circle is creating supply. The recorded contrast is specific: October 2026 contained five equally sized mints distributed across the month; November 2 contained four of the same size within about 10 minutes.
