The initial rollout phase of this new feature is selective, aiming to gather early feedback and optimize accordingly. Intel disclosed that CEO Pat Gelsinger purchased 150,000 shares of Intel common stock on the open market on November 2nd, at a weighted average price of $64.7312 per share, with a transaction amount of approximately $9.71 million. The purchase was made through a family trust, and after the transaction, the trust's Intel holdings increased to 1.4647 million shares, up around 11.4% from before the transaction. Following the announcement, Intel’s share price briefly rallied, narrowing its decline to 1.2% before retreating again.
